We invite all aspiring and experienced actors to join the workshop: Improv for the Actor, by Mimi van Amerongen on Saturday, November 18th, from 12:00 to 15:00, at CREA, room 3.04, in Amsterdam.

Mimi van Amerongen is an American / Dutch performer and teacher who has been onstage since the age of 8. Mimi began her improv journey in 2016 in Dallas, Texas. She currently teaches improv at Boom Chicago as well as International festivals around Europe. Mimi performs improv and theatre regularly with various groups around Amsterdam. 

Let’s have fun and use the power of improv to hone multiple skills crucial for the stage. This workshop will help you gain confidence with spontaneity, presence, improvisation, and creating characters. It will help you step out of your comfort zone as an actor and expand your understanding of your own abilities.
