Annual General Meetings
As required by Dutch law, we meet each year to elect committee members and provide an overview of our activities and finances. Annual General Meetings are open to everyone, although only paid-up members may vote.

All InPlayers member are invited to join the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Members of InPlayer, please join us, as we will make important decisions. We will also have a drink and celebrate together.

All InPlayers member are invited to join the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Following the AGM, we’ll celebrate our successful and creative season 2022-2023 and open our new season with drinks. You don’t have to be a member to join us for drinks, of course. And you can also join the AGM as a non-member, but you won’t be able to vote.
Inplayers will be holding their Annual General Meeting at CREA Room 203 on Oct 4 from 20:00 - 21:30. Everybody welcome!
At this meeting the committee will present information about past and coming seasons. This meeting is an important opportunity for members to give feedback about the activities of the club and to become involved in shaping the future of the club.
We are holding an extra AGM this year to discuss new fee proposals for the 2018/2019 season.
The committee is here for the InPlayers’ members and potential members and needs your input for our plans next year.
