Extra AGM (annual general meeting) to vote on new fee proposals. Location: Crea, room 301. Members are invited to come to share their opinion on the new fee proposals for the season 2018/2019. After a short discussion, members will be asked to vote on their preferred option. Members can vote by proxy and votes can be emailed in advance of the meeting. Your vote needs to reach  no later than 17:00 on Friday July 13 in order to be counted.  Information about the proposals will be sent soon.
