Annual General Meeting 2023
All InPlayers member are invited to join the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Following the AGM, we’ll celebrate our successful and creative season 2022-2023 and open our new season with drinks. You don’t have to be a member to join us for drinks, of course. And you can also join the AGM as a non-member, but you won’t be able to vote.
Annual General Meeting 2022
The Annual General Meeting for season 2022-2023 took place on Friday 16th September, 2023 at 19.30 at CREA in room 3.06. The meeting was open to anyone, but only InPlayers members were be able to vote.
In this meeting we:
gave an account of InPlayers’ activities and finances over the past season;
ratified current committee members and elect new ones;
set out our plans for the next season.

Your opinion and your voice are very important to us. If you have points that you would like to see discussed at this meeting please send the committee an email at contact@inplayers.org.
If you are passionate about InPlayers and our local theatre community and are interested in becoming apart of the committee we ask that you email us. In order to be a candidate, you need to have two members of the group support your nomination and make sure this application has reached the committee at least 24 hours before the Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2021. Voting will take place at the AGM and all members have the right to vote. The committee also supports members from the last season having voting rights.

Inplayers will be holding their Annual General Meeting at CREA Room 203 on Oct 4 from 20:00 - 21:30. Everybody welcome!
