The workshop kicks off with a body warm-up session to dissolve physical and mental barriers, fostering common group dynamics. Further, we delve into voice warm-up techniques, participants will gain a fresh perspective on their breathing patterns, setting the stage for a journey into the depths of vocal and creative liberation. The session concludes with captivating group and individual voice and body improvisations.
