Happily Ever After Productions will perform ''Spring Awakening'', by various authors, from Fri. Jun. 12 till Sun. Jun. 21 at Het Amsterdams Theaterhuis.

Teens of 19th century Germany struggle to navigate their blossoming feelings of desire for each other as well as adolescent rage at a system that not only obscures the truths of life but also punishes you for trying to understand. Fighting against the abuse leads to the full force of Victorian values irrevocably changing their lives; and only some can learn from their parents’ mistakes. Suitable for ages 14 and up.
