Glass Bead Theatre will perform ''Behind Closed Doors'', by Jean-Paul Sartre and Mikhail Volkov, from Fri. Jan. 30 till Sun. Feb. 01 at Theater de Cameleon.

Three strangers, locked in a room with no way out. No fire, no torture devices — only themselves. This is a razor-sharp exploration of masks, self-deprecation, and guilt, culminating in the famous line: “Hell is other people.” But what if Sartre’s hell is not about others being poisonous, but about our own facades collapsing when there’s nowhere left to hide?
