Auditions are open for InPlayers’ Spring 2026 production: BegInPlayers.
This is a production of several original scripts that will be performed at Mike's Badhuis over May 8-10, 2026.
We encourage aspiring actors of 18 and above, of all ethnicities, abilities and gender identities to submit audition tapes. Actors should submit a tape of themselves reading their chosen monologue with two different emotions/intentions of their choice. (An example would be to read it as if you were panicking, and again as if you're indignant.)
Please fill out and submit the audition form below before February 20th, 2026. After submitting the form, you will receive instructions about submitting your audition video. This might take a few days.
Audition Video Submission Deadline: Latest Saturday February 20th, 2026. If you are unable to provide a tape submission, please reach out and we will make accommodations.
Audition Video Script: You can download the audition video script (“sides”) here. Choose one of the monologues and record it twice; each time with a different emotion/intention.
Notification: Actors will be notified of their selection by 26 February. Actors that are selected will be offered a role in one of the plays.

Performance Location: Mike's Badhuistheater
Production: There are several 10-25 minute original scripts that will be performed. Each is directed by a different director. These directors will be new or novice and working with a mentor to develop their skills.
